Sad food and horrible staff… only view from the houseboat is good. They off the bed warmers early and it becomes very cold. Food is lousy. Always hurrying you up to eat and sleep and get up and leave.

Whenever we move to any new place we find new faces, new atmosphere and new lifestyle and it takes time to reach our comfort zone. Kashmir has been fastest of all places. The people staying over there gave us great hospitality. We really enjoyed a lot. The houseboat and the services over there was really good. The Food was awesome. We had Shikara Ride provided by the Houseboat Person separately from the Hotel Service. It was the most memorable of all. Thanks to the Alexandra Houseboat Staff for making such a loving and memorable time for me and my husband.

It was an amazing experience staying at this property. Clean and hygienic rooms and washrooms. Food is delicious, served in large quantities at very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. You would feel like home during your stay. The view is pleasant. Highly recommended for a stay with friends/family.
